Common Questions
Which hair extension methods do you offer?
Four: invisible beaded wefts, tape-ins, keratin bond K-tips and micro beads, all in 100% Remy human hair from Bellami and Philocaly. Sarah recommends a method at your consultation, based on your hair's density and how you wear it. Compare the methods.
How long do colour and extension appointments take?
Most colour appointments run two to four hours. A root touch-up is shorter and a full blonding service is longer. A new extension install takes about three to five hours, and a move-up takes one to two. Colour and extensions booked together can fill most of a day. You get your exact timing at the consultation.
Do I need a patch test before my first colour?
Yes. New colour clients need a patch test at least 48 hours before their first colour appointment. This applies to every colour line we use, including ammonia-free iNOA and Organic Colour Systems. Tell us about any past reaction to hair dye when you request your consultation.
Where do I park, and how close is transit?
The studio is at 521 Eglinton Avenue West, between Chaplin and Avenue stations on the Eglinton Crosstown (Line 5). There is parking nearby. Location and directions.
Do you speak Korean?
Yes. Sarah speaks Korean and English, and you can have your consultation and appointment in either language.
How does pricing work?
Sarah quotes your price at a complimentary 30-minute consultation. The quote depends on your hair's length and density and the work your look needs, so you know the cost before you book the service.
